Hi! I’m Amber, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, wound care and dementia specailist, and the founder of Healytics. I created this practice because I saw a gap in how our healthcare system supports patients with complex needs, especially chronic wounds, dementia, and multiple medical conditions.

With over 15 years in healthcare- from burn units to bedside, hospice to home health-I’ve seen where the system fails patients, families, and frontline providers.

Healytics was built to change that.

We deliver advanced, provider-led wound care and telemedicine visits directly to patients-whether they’re at home, in assisted living, or under hospice care. Our services don’t just patch up wounds; they close care gaps with skilled oversight, fast response times, and seamless collaboration with home health, hospice, and facility staff.

I started as a CNA and worked my way to becoming an NP, and now I’m completing my PhD in nursing, with research focused on dementia care. I hold certifications in both wound management and dementia support, giving me a unique lens into the challenges complex patients face.

But credentials aside, my goal is simple: deliver care that’s fast, focused, and dignified- while supporting the healthcare professionals who make it all happen.
