Hi, I’m Amber-
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, Wound Care Specialist, Dementia Care Advocate, and Founder of Healytics Mobile Wound Care™.
I started Healytics with a clear mission: to transform how we care for wounds-especially in patients with complex health needs.
After more than 15 years in healthcare-across burn units, hospice, home health, and bedside care- I saw how often patients fall through the cracks. Wound care, in particular, is too often delayed, fragmented, or deprioritized. And yet, wounds can be one of the most painful, dangerous, and costly conditions if not treated properly.
That’s where Healytics comes in.
My journey began as a CNA and led me to become a Nurse Practitioner. Today, I’m completing my PhD in Nursing with a research focus on dementia care. I hold certifications in both wound management and dementia support, giving me a rare, multidisciplinary lens into the challenges patients face-especially those living with multiple diagnoses and chronic conditions.
At Healytics, we focus on fast, expert wound care-delivered with dignity, clinical precision, and compassion. We understand that wounds don't happen in isolation- they often come alongside chronic illnesses, memory loss, and mobility challenges.

Hi, I'm Dr. Kevin Chang —
Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, and Clinical Informatics, and Collaborating Physician with Healytics Mobile Wound Care™.
My path through medicine has been shaped by a single question: why does the right care so often arrive too late?
I completed my medical education at the University of Missouri, trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas at Austin, and went on to a fellowship in Clinical Informatics at the Regenstrief Institute Center for Biomedical Informatics. That combination bedside internal medicine, preventive medicine, and the data systems that connect them gave me a view of healthcare from both the exam room and the infrastructure behind it.
What I saw in both places was the same thing. Patients with chronic, complex conditions don't usually fail because no one knows what they need. They fall through the gaps between the people who know it. A wound gets noted in one chart, a diabetes management plan lives in another, and no one is looking at the whole patient.
That's why I'm proud to support the work at Healytics.
Wound care sits at the intersection of nearly everything. A non-healing wound is rarely just a wound. It's a signal about what's happening systemically, and treating it well means treating the patient behind it.
At Healytics, my role is to bring that whole-patient, preventive lens to the clinical team [— reviewing complex cases, supporting treatment planning, and helping ensure care decisions are grounded in the full medical picture]. I also believe deeply in bringing care to patients where they are. Mobile care isn't a convenience. For patients with limited mobility, cognitive decline, or fragile health, it's often the difference between getting treated and not.
Good medicine is timely medicine.
